HOW IT WORKS
1. Enter your contact details, choose the item category, then complete the category-specific questions before checkout.
2. After your payment is confirmed, Arcovia begins researching suppliers and product options based on your brief.
3. We send you written product details, supplier checks, availability and a final quote before you decide whether to continue.

REFUND TERMS
• Refundable if Arcovia cannot find a product that reasonably matches your sourcing brief.
• Non-refundable if Arcovia finds a matching product and sends you the details, but you change your mind, cannot pay the remaining balance or decide not to proceed.
• Refundable if the proposed item materially differs from the brief you submitted or becomes unavailable before you accept the quote.

By purchasing, you ask Arcovia to begin the sourcing service immediately. Mandatory rights under South African consumer law are not excluded.
