Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain how Arcovia provides product-sourcing services. By submitting a sourcing request or paying the R250 sourcing deposit, you agree to these terms.

1. What Arcovia does

Arcovia helps customers look for products from suppliers and sellers. The R250 payment is a sourcing deposit for the research and sourcing service. It is not the full price of the product and it does not mean the product has already been purchased.

2. Starting a request

Your sourcing request starts when your R250 deposit has been paid and we have enough information to understand what item you want. You must provide accurate contact details, product details, budget information, preferences and the full delivery address where the item may need to be delivered.

3. Two-week sourcing window

Arcovia has up to 14 calendar days from payment confirmation and receipt of a complete request brief to try to locate a reasonable product match or trusted supplier option. If the brief is incomplete or unclear, the 14-day period starts when the missing information is provided.

4. Product matches and supplier checks

When we find a possible match, we may check supplier information such as website presence, customer reviews, public complaints, social media presence, payment safety, delivery information, return terms and other trust signals. These checks reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every supplier or product will be perfect.

5. Quotes and availability

Prices, delivery costs, stock availability, supplier terms and exchange rates may change until the customer accepts a quote and makes any required payment. Arcovia will not place a final order with a supplier unless the customer has approved the proposed option and any required payment has been completed.

6. Refunds and cancellations

The R250 sourcing deposit is refundable only in the situations stated in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. In summary: if we cannot find a reasonable match within the 14-day sourcing window, you can receive a refund; if you cancel before the item is found, you can receive a refund; if we find a reasonable match and you then change your mind or cannot proceed, the deposit is not refundable.

7. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for giving clear and truthful information. If the request changes materially after we have already started or completed sourcing work, Arcovia may treat the changed request as a new sourcing request.

8. Final product purchases

If a product is bought from a third-party supplier, the supplier's product warranty, return terms and delivery terms may apply in addition to any rights you have under applicable law. Arcovia will explain known supplier terms before asking you to approve a purchase.

9. Legal rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any non-excludable rights that customers may have under applicable South African consumer protection law.
