The deposit starts the sourcing process only. You do not pay the product balance until Arcovia has found approved options, you choose one, and the final landed price has been verified.

Deposit refund rule

The R250 deposit is refundable if Arcovia cannot find or complete a valid online source within the sourcing window, or if you cancel before an approved source has been found.

After approved sources are found

If Arcovia finds an approved source and you decide not to proceed, cannot pay, or no longer want the item, the R250 sourcing deposit is not refundable because the sourcing work has been completed.

Final balance and ordering

After you choose an option, Arcovia verifies the live final amount and sends a quote/payment link. A supplier order is placed only after final payment has been confirmed and Arcovia owner approval is given.

If the order cannot be completed

If you pay the final product amount and Arcovia cannot place the supplier order, Arcovia will refund the final amount and the deposit or offer another approved option. After supplier order placement, returns depend on the supplier policy.
