Track Orders and Manage Account
Use this page to access your Arcovia account and understand how sourcing statuses work.
Log in to your account to view your Shopify order history, contact details and account information.
What you will see
Your Shopify account can show current and past orders connected to your email address. Arcovia sourcing requests may use statuses such as:
- Deposit paid
- Searching for product
- Checking supplier authenticity
- Found supplier options
- Product located
- Awaiting customer approval
- Cancelled
- Refunded
Cancellation rule
You can cancel a sourcing request and receive a refund of the R250 deposit any time before Arcovia has found a reasonable product match or trusted supplier option. If Arcovia has already found a reasonable match and you no longer want the item or cannot proceed, the R250 sourcing deposit is not refundable.
Need to cancel now?
Until the automated customer-account cancellation button is fully connected to Arcovia's sourcing system, send Arcovia a written cancellation request with your order number. Cancellation requests sent before the product is found will be handled according to the Cancellation Policy.
