Refund and cancellation rule Arcovia has 14 calendar days to find a reasonable match. If we cannot find it in that time, your deposit is refundable. You can also cancel before the item is found and receive a refund. If we find a reasonable match and you then decide not to proceed, the R250 deposit is not refundable.
